Welcome to HandyExperts Handyman Service ("HandyExperts," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

HandyExperts provides handyman services, including but not limited to flooring, painting, partitions, ceiling designs, and emergency repairs for electrical, plumbing, and AC systems, across Dubai, UAE. We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions for homes and offices.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Services can be booked through our website, email, or phone.
  • We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we will notify you of any changes.
  • You must provide accurate information about the service required to ensure we can meet your needs effectively.

3. Payment

  • Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments via cash, bank cards, and online transfers. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
  • Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.
  • Late payments may incur a penalty fee as per UAE regulations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50 AED.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if the service is not performed to your satisfaction, subject to our inspection and discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed or for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, emergencies).

5. Liability

  • HandyExperts is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, improper use of property, or third-party actions.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide clear access to the work area and ensure it is safe for our team to operate.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work (e.g., from building management).
  • Any additional costs due to customer delays or unpreparedness (e.g., lack of access) may be charged.

7. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on our workmanship. If an issue arises due to our service within this period, we will address it at no additional cost, subject to inspection. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
